Terms of Service

1. The service

LinkForge AI performs link-building work end-to-end: publisher discovery, explainable qualification, content generation, form submission, and verification. Features, limits, and included volumes depend on your plan and are described at the point of sale and on our pricing page.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. Roles (Admin, Operator, Viewer) are enforced server-side and are your responsibility to assign appropriately.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful link-building on properties you are authorized to promote. You must not use the Service to:

• target adult, casino, gambling, or other verticals we exclude by policy, or build links on spam, PBN, or dead domains;
• circumvent CAPTCHA, rate limits, or any publisher's terms of use — CAPTCHA is detected and handed to a human, never bypassed;
• misrepresent identity or authorization when submitting to publishers;
• interfere with, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.

4. Customer content and data

You retain ownership of the content you provide and the campaign outputs generated for you — descriptions, titles, anchor variants, and the audit records behind each submission. You grant us a limited license to process this content solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the sites, brands, and materials you submit.

5. Fees, billing, and taxes

Paid plans are billed as described at purchase. Verified links are billed per your plan; pending and rejected submissions are not billed. Model and search-provider API usage is passed through at cost and itemized on each invoice. Fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, models, scoring methodology, and design, is owned by Andolasoft and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; they do not transfer any ownership.

7. Third-party services

The Service integrates third-party providers (for example, language models, search APIs, and publisher websites). We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their terms, and your use of them may be subject to separate agreements.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any publisher will accept a submission, that a placement will remain live, or that specific SEO outcomes will result.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andolasoft will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Andolasoft harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Term and termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for risk to the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time; Growth plans may be paused between campaigns, and Enterprise agreements are governed by their order form.

12. Changes

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes is the state and federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
