We use information to operate, secure, and improve the Service; to run campaigns and produce reports; to provide support; to bill for usage; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

On the self-hosted (Enterprise) plan, operational data stays inside your own infrastructure.

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Campaign evidence and audit records are retained per your plan and configuration.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing (for example, under GDPR or CCPA). 7. Data security

We protect information with measures including JWT authentication with token rotation, server-side role-based access control, envelope-encrypted secrets, and full audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to disclose incidents as required by law.

8. International transfers

We may process information in countries other than where you live. Where we transfer personal information internationally, we use appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.

9. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
